To become a mentor, you need to register on our platform, complete your profile with relevant experience and qualifications, and indicate your sport and areas of expertise. Set up your offering and start getting booked and paid!

To be a mentor on Pave, you need to have played a college or professional sport at a minimum. This can be DI, DII, DIII, JUCO, NAIA etc.

Once your profile is set up, athletes can view your profile and reach out to you (and vice versa). You can also browse through athlete requests and offer mentorship to those you think you can help the most.

Yes, mentors are compensated. You can set your own rates based on your experience and the nature of the mentorship. Payment terms and methods are detailed in our mentor agreement.

With Pave, YOU decide when you want to mentor. There are live chat features that allow you to schedule on-the-fly video calls or schedule specific times with your athlete. You can also set expectations for when/how often you will be able to meet and respond to messages prior to getting booked for a mentorship.
