All people, whether they are teenagers or young adults need mentors in their life who have experienced and accomplished the exact goals that they are striving to reach.
Being able to easily access the experiential knowledge of an accomplished role model in sports is invaluable.
PAVE cultivates these relationships by connecting young athletes with current college athletes on an app-marketplace where they can trade payment for advice, guidance, and mentorship, resulting in a win-win for both sides.

This relationship allows the athlete to relate to, trust, and connect with their mentors on a deeper, more relatable level.

Jimmy Marshall
Captain/Shooting Guard on the Northeastern University Men's Basketball team, Class of 2017
As the CEO and Founder of PAVE, Jimmy had several key mentors in his life that drastically changed the trajectory of his basketball career, starting in 6th grade.

Jimmy has now served as a mentor and is trying to unlock this relationship for more current and former collegiate athletes to help pave the way for the younger generation to reach their goals and become the best version of themselves as an athlete and person.

Aidan Sullivan

As the CMO and Co-Founder of PAVE, Aidan has leaned on mentors for ever big life decision. Picking the right AAU program, University and now his post-grad career

Now, Aidan is giving back and being a mentor for future generations. Looking to take the knowledge he's learned from his past to help youth athletes reach their full potential.
